Shreveport, LA – New 40,000 sf four-story office building to be built on the corner of 3132 and Ellerbe Road.  The ground floor and parking lot have been designed around a commercial bank and the top three floors are slated for multi-tenant build-outs.  Construction documents are complete and construction should happen in the very near future.
