Shreveport, LA – One of the first new local stand-alone restaurants to be designed, built, owned, and operated by all locals!  Also of note, it wasn’t built along the Youree Drive corridor.  Instead the building was built in a more neighborhood friendly location, located near Spring Lake on Line Avenue.
