Shreveport, LA – Funded entirely by the Red River Waterway Commission, the latest addition to Riverview Park includes new public restrooms, a green room building for performers, and a new tensile structure covering the existing Rose Pavilion stage.   KBA was hired by the Waterway Commission to design the new site for the City of Shreveport who will ultimately own the facility once construction is complete.
