Shreveport, LA – Phase I: 2008: Completed plans and construction for a new multi-million dollar mirrored data center to serve as a completely redundant server system for their headquarters in Baton Rouge.
Phase II: 2009: Call Center Conversion – Established a 20,000 sq. ft. call center with 200+/- workstations, and made renovations to break rooms, toilet rooms, offices, etc. Created new conference and training rooms, computer maintenance rooms, established building security and access system including electronic door hardware, security cameras and alarm system.
Phase III: 2010: Conversion of 6,000 sq. ft. of existing space into the local BCBS corporate office. Project included complete exterior renovations to change buildings appearance from grocery store to office building.
Phase IV: 2011: Design is complete, and construction will begin shortly. Project consists of converting 25% of the existing call center into new offices, Training Rooms, Human Resources, Conference Rooms and converting the original grocery store kitchen into an exercise room with showers.
