Shreveport, LA – Located at the Port of Caddo Bossier, this 100,000 SF distribution facility provides storage needs for multiple tenants at the Port.  The building can be accessed by a rail line that enters the building or by large overhead doors that allow 18-wheeler access into and through the building.  Two 35 ton rolling cranes provide quick and efficient loading or unloading capabilities.   Building was constructed in 2010 at a cost of $9.6M.
