Shreveport, LA – Project involved the design of a new 100,000 SF warehouse, distribution, and general office facility for Coca Cola Enterprises as part of a design build team led by a corporate selected contracting firm.  Exterior site work includes heavy duty truck parking concrete paving, loading dock facilities, site grading, utilities, water service, sanitary sewer, landscaping, subsurface storm drainage, storm runoff detention, light duty employee parking asphalt paving and perimeter fencing.  Tasks included preliminary planning and coordination with the Shreveport Metropolitan Planning Commission, Shreveport Chamber of Commerce and Shreveport City Engineering to assure compliance with zoning ordinances and industrial park covenant requirements.  Work also included assisting the contractor with preliminary budgeting analysis to establish cost effective design solutions to meet code and facility user needs.
