Shreveport, LA –KBA facilitated the design and renovation of an existing 100,000 sq. ft. 5-building church campus into a 1,500 seat call center for a Florida company, The Answer Group.  The project included the creative layouts of 1,500 work stations spread across multiple buildings and floors, the addition of training rooms, new and renovated toilet rooms, kitchens and break rooms, conference rooms, secure entry points, additional parking for 500, and the upgrade and modifications to all existing electrical and mechanical systems.  In addition to the upgrades, two 750 kw generators, along with ATS and UPS devices were installed to provide uninterrupted power to the entire facility.
