Shreveport, LA – KBA provided architectural design services to Aillet, Fenner, Jolly, & McClelland to renovate an existing 250,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a 45,000 sq. ft. office area, 62,300 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance shop, 8,700 sq. ft. laboratory facilities, 69,800 sq. ft. storage areas and 35,640 sq. ft. artificial lift production area.  The project also involved the development of a new bulk storage facility, truck wash facility, fueling island, gun shop facility, and oxidizer storage sheds.
