Shreveport, LA – The Caddo Levee District’s new office is comprised of new office space, a map room, a secure entrance and reception area and a new Board Room with fully integrated audio visual capabilities.  This 4,200 square foot facility replaced their older office building which was half the size and completely outdated.  Power to the building is fully backed up via a natural gas generator as the facility must be operational in the event of a natural disaster with flooding conditions.   Cost of project with sitework, generator, and all interior furnishings including artwork was just under $850,000.
