Shreveport, LA – Due to open its doors summer of 2017, the new Shreveport Aquarium will take over where the Barnwell Garden and Art Center left off.  After many years of disrepair, the Barnwell will have a new life.  A group of Aquarium Designers from San Diego, CA chose Shreveport for its flagship location of its new mid-size Aquarium Design Concept.  KBA is working with the City of Shreveport and Planet Aqua to design the new space and renovate the existing 22,000 sf building to accommodate the particular needs of an Aquarium.
