This ongoing project is an expansion to the upstairs deck at Pierremont Oaks Tennis Club, specifically the upstairs lounge known to club members as “Loser Buys”. The proposed expansion includes addition of approximately 2,000 sqft of second floor deck, fully surrounding the building. The deck will also surround the adjacent old growth Live Oak tree, which in turn will provide shade for the new structure. The scope of work also includes expanding the existing interior space and enclosing what is now a covered porch. Together, all of this will facilitate raised platform viewing of nearly all the tennis courts at POTC, allowing viewers more comfort and excellent vantage points during tournaments.
